It appears that none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and the petitioners have been dragged in this case on the basis of previous enmity.

It is alleged that husband of petitioner no.1 was killed for which Saharsa P.S. Case no. 385/2011 was registered and in the said case, informant, deceased and some others were made accused. It is further alleged that petitioner no.1, with an intent to take revenge of killing of her husband, committed the alleged crime along with petitioner no.2 and other accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like
