2. The present application has been filed for quashing Maner P.S. Case No. 5117049240393 of 2024 registered on 24.06.2024 for alleged offences under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code on the ground that the same is completely illegal and without any authority of law.

3. The quashing application has been pressed on the various ground including the defence of the petitioners. This Court at the stage of F.I.R. will not see the defence of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58488 of 2024(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 petitioners.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the police authorities with a representation of their defence and if such an application is filed, he police authorities shall be obliged to consider the defence of the petitioners before filing any final report.
