The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 682 of 2019 (Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019), registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of nine bottles, each containing 375 ML India made foreign liquor concealing beneath the earth behind the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the

No.50911 of 2019(2) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S.
