Patna High Court CWJC No.19058 of 2014 (2) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 26-06-2015 In both these writ applications, in fact, the prayer of the petitioners is for issuance of a direction for payment of arrears arising out of the 6th Pay Revision for the period 01.04.1997 to 31.10.2006.
2. A number of writ applications, in fact, were heard and disposed of by this Court by an order dated 24th June 2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 28 of 2015 along with its analogous cases. These two writ applications, being absolutely identical, shall be therefore also governed by the aforesaid order of this Court dated 24.06.2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 28 of 2015.
3. That being so, both these writ applications are also disposed of in the same terms vide order dated 24.06.2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 28 of 2015 along with its analogous cases. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Sujit/- U
