2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023, G.R. Case No . 874 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant had purchased a piece of land from father of the petitioner and when he went to the plot to erect boundary over that land, he was objected by one Shambhu Singh.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not a party to the transaction. He is a person of clean antecedent and the father of the petitioner has lodged a complaint case against the informant as cheque issued by the informant was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57180 of 2023(3) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 dishonored by the bank.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S.
