By the impugned order the learned court below has rejected the petition filed on behalf of the decree holder and has directed the decree holder to hand over the articles which were entrusted to the decree holder.

It appears from the impugned order that earlier also a similar direction was given to the decree holder by order dated 30.04.2014 for return of the articles but the said order has not be complied. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interdict the impugned order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15016 of 2014 dt.25-10-2016 The application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, the decree-holder is directed to comply the direction as contained in the order dated 30.04.2014 of the learned court below strictly otherwise the legal consequences will follow. (V. Nath, J) Devendra/- U
