Petitioner is accused in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B)/201(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing of the grand-daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, being the brother-in-law of the deceased, has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that other brother-in-law Arvind Kumar @ Arvind Kumar Singh has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27653 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 No. 22622 of 2015 on 07.07.2015. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar P.S.
