This is an application for bail in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 448 of 2015, corresponding to Trial No. 10 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has preferred this bail application against the order passed in Criminal Appeal No.33 of 2017, which is pending in the court of Sessions Judge, Gaya, by which he has been convicted under Sections 419, 420 and 468 IPC. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that during pendency of the appeal he has preferred an application for bail, which was rejected by learned Sessions Judge, against which this application for bail has been filed and he is in custody since

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who have opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that appellate court has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner as he has to dispose of the appeal itself.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to learned appellate court below to dispose of the appeal within a period of one month.
