2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, on the post of Prakhand Teacher on compassionate ground on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Prakhand Teacher, after verification of all educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner. It is further

5. Learned counsel for the State does not controvert this fact.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner has already resigned from the post of Prakhand Teacher, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-X, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai Police Station Case No. 67 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
