The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and.
It is submitted that for the alleged occurrence which took place due to land dispute and the cousin sister of petitioner no.2 has also lodged Samastipur Town P.S. Case No.269 of 2013. It is submitted that as per the judgment and decree passed in Title Suit No.254 of 2002 the land in question was allotted to the share of father of petitioner no.2.

Case No.268 of 2013, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Samastipur subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
