Vide Annexure-1, prayer for bail of the petitioner is found rejected under Cr.Misc.No.18161/2014.

Report as submitted by the learned lower court speaks examination of five witnesses out of six.

Taking into account the stage of the trial, I do not see any cogent reason to differ from my earlier view. The prayer for bail is rejected.
