The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of committing dacoity in the house of the informant.

The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation as the person who was found roaming around near the house of the informant prior to occurrence. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 11 of the petition that the petitioner has not been put on T. I. Parade. A further statement has been made in paragraph no. 13 of the petition that there is no recovery from possession of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9560 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2 / 2 petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Munger, in connection with G.R. No. 2668 of 2014, arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 229 of 2014.
