.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that son of the informant had been killed by the petitioners along with other accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody since 28.2.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against the petitioners. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific overt act has been made against them.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

No.29908 of 2016 (3) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case no. 131 of 2014.
