Petitioner is accused in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 43 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that 4 persons, including the petitioner were apprehended by the Police and on search, the petitioner was found in possession of two live cartridges. Submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case showing recovery of two live cartridges. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27668 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.43 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
