The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 197.085 liters of foreign liquor and Beer have been recovered from a car, of which, petitioner no. 1 is driver and petitioner no. 2 is co-passenger.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. They claim clean antecedent and are in custody since 05.10.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail
