Although, the victim has stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she was taken away by the petitioner but she has admitted in her statement that it was petitioner who brought back to her and she did not make any allegation of ill-treatment against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ad hoc
