Petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 325, 341, 342, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that initially Bijay Yadav was assaulted by the accused persons. On the next day when Naresh Yadav and Chinku Kumar enquired about the incident when they were also assaulted by the accused persons.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Ramswaroop Yadav's son was killed at the hands of the brother-in-law of the informant, for which accused's side lodged Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13339 of 2015 (3) dt.30-06-2015 thereafter the present case has been lodged. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2014.
