Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that he fired which hit on the chest of Enamul Haque.
Mr. N.K. Agrawal, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the petitioner, submits that there is land dispute between the parties. From the side of the petitioner, two persons were killed earlier and from the side of the informant also one person was killed.
It appears that the allegation against the petitioner is that he fired causing injury on the chest of Enamul, which has been found grievous, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly the same is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the period stipulated, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) ahk/- U T
