The petitioner is accused in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2016, registered under Section 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 36 plastic bottles containing 200 ML each country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 16.04.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on
