2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.07.2024 passed by the learned A.D.J.-IV, Patna in Cr. Revision No. 227 of 2024 arising out of Complaint Case No. 8805(C) of 2022 by which the Court below has rejected the revision petition of the petitioner and has cancelled the bail bonds of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to co-operate in the case and the bail bonds has been cancelled without following the law.

6. The order dated 08.07.2024 passed by the learned A.D.J.-IV, Patna in Cr. Revision No. 227 of 2024 arising out of Complaint Case No. 8805(C) of 2022 is hereby quashed.
