The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 504, 506, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 67 of the I.T. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioners have never misused the alleged photograph of the informant with one Md. Shaukat, who has affair with informant. Further submission is that during the course of investigation, witnesses even father, mother and brother of the informant have made allegation only against Md. Shaukat.
