The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B and others sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband. There is specific allegation that the petitioner burnt his wife to death and disposed of her dead body.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period of time, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail firstly in the trial court.
