2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 588 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused got the sale deed executed from the deceased and thereafter they all conspired and have killed the deceased. Materials have surfaced during investigation including the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused persons in which it has come that the petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the informant and the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is accordingly dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks and pray for regular bail.
