This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier his bail application was rejected vide order dated 25.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 21331 of 2021.

The Court, for the present, does not find any new ground for considering the bail application of the petitioner, further from the pleadings made in the regular bail application also it does not even remotely manifest that as to what happened after 25.04.2022 till filing of the present regular bail application. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
