The petitioner seeks bail in Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No. 77 of 2014 registered under Sections 394, 302/34 IPC. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He was apprehended and from his possession, arms and ammunitions and one black bag containing some money were recovered. The bag was identified by the wife of the petitioner, who stated that her husband was carrying money in the bag.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was lifted by STF on 12.7.2014 but his arresting was shown on 17.7.2014. The wife of the petitioner filed an informatory petition before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City. The petitioner was granted bail in Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No.163 of 2014, which was registered for recovery of arms and ammunitions from his possession. It appears that the petitioner was apprehended with black bag containing money besides arms and ammunitions and

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
