Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The stolen oxen are said to have been recovered from the cow shed of the petitioner for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 30.3.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he has been framed in this case on account of village politics.
