2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 325 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 41 and 56 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 55 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the seized motorcycle from which huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
