=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-07-2016 Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned AC to SC-15 and learned counsel for the Accountant General are present. The prayer in the writ petition was for payment of pension, Gratuity, G.P.F., Leave Encashment and Commutation of Pension in favour of the petitioner.

From the counter affidavit filed, it appears that all the dues have been paid including revised pension on account of promotion to the petitioner. The copies of the counter affidavits stating such facts were served on the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.22939 of 2011 dt.01-07-2016 2/2 in January, 2015, but no rejoinder has been filed. In view of the aforesaid and the fact that nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner today, the Court can only presume that all the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid and thus, he does not have any interest in pursuing the matter.
