Patna High Court CWJC No.16137 of 2019(3) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 stands mentioned in paragraph-2 in page-3 of the order. Thus, the order dated 21.08.2019 is modified to the extent that the date "04.09.2019" occurring in the last but one paragraph of page-3 of the order be read as "04.09.2013".

The order stands modified accordingly.

Let a copy of the modified/corrected order be uploaded forthwith.

The time for preferring the representation by the petitioner is extended by a further period of three weeks from today.
