The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the deceased made allegation that his sister was married to Rajesh Kumar on 07.05.2013. On 13.02.2014, his sister telephoned him that all the accused persons were assaulting her due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and the informant was informed that his sister died and his dead body was cremated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is elder brother-in-law of the deceased and he has no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40480 of 2014 (3) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 husband. Omnibus and general allegations are made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is elder brother-in-law of the deceased, he above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
