The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Siwai Patti P.S. Case No. 55 of 2011 registered under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for grant of bail of the petitioner in view of his custody as he is in jail custody since 29.06.2011.

Earlier for bail of the petitioner was rejected and call for status of the case.

It has been reported by the P.O. of the trial court that out of 9 charge sheeted witnesses, 7 witnesses have been examined and I.O. and doctor are yet to be examined and next date fixed for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7288 of 2015 (3) dt.13-04-2016 evidence of I.O. and doctor is 14.03.2016. Further, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, has been reported that I.O. and doctor have been examined on 14.03.2016. Further the report of A.P.P. has been attached and it has been reported that evidence of the prosecution has been closed on 15.03.2016 and now the case is ready for disposal.

Having regard to the fact, the case is at the fag end of disposal.

Accordingly, the bail petition is dismissed. m.p.
