JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused and some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.01.2016 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28637 of 2016 (2) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 296 of 2016 arising out of Rajgir P.S. Case No. 248 of 2015.
