Petitioner is not named in the first information report and allegation of taking away victim is against co-accused Amarjeet Sah. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that victim was in love with co-accused Amarjeet Sah and, as a matter of fact, she eloped with the aforesaid Amarjeet Sah.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Kartaha P.S.
