JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-09-2018 Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of Trained scale. Petitioner was initially appointed as Panchayat Shiksha Mitra. In terms of Rule, 2006, petitioner was absorbed as Panchayat Shiksham with effect from 1.7.2006. Mr. Suraj Nr. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed training for two years and as such he has become eligible for grant of trained scale. Petitioner has filed representation before the respondent authority as contained in Annexure-6, but till date, the respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.15208 of 2014 (2) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 District Education Officer, Madhubani has not disposed of the representation.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Madhubani to decide the representation as contained in Annexure6 by a reasoned order, if not already decided within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
