JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear that the petitioner was apprehended on suspicion and his confessional statement was recorded and in the said confessional statement, the petitioner disclosed his involvement and also divulged that he thrown pistol in a ditch from where, the pistol, used in the alleged crime, was recovered but it appears that uptill now, the forensic report in respect of seized pistol has not been brought on record by the I.O. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/_ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gogri P.S.
