The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 05.05.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307, 379, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is alleged that on 16.07.2015 the petitioner along with other two persons came to her parents' house and given threat to cause burn injury with Acid. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29982 of 2016 (3) dt.01-09-2016 2/2 petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant. It is further submitted that the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the nature of accusation and the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Mahila P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015.
