2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 171 of 2023 dated 30.05.2023 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the specific allegation of assault is leveled against co-accused Kamalwas Ray and Mantu Ray and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58268 of 2023(2) dt.20-09-2023 2/2 case and counter case lodged between the parties for the land dispute. Petitioners are own gotiyas of the informant. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners above named be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Buxar in connection with Simri P.S.
