The petitioner no. 2, Shagufta Jahan @ Shagufta apprehends her arrest in a case under Sections 427, 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Shamshul Qamar alleged that the petitioner no. 1 and his wife (petitioner no. 2) forcibly entered into the hostel, assaulted the students and looted away different articles. It is submitted that the students of the hostel quarreled with each other and the students of the hostel ransacked the house of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16936 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 informant. Prior to lodging of this case, the petitioner no. 1, Aquil @ Aquil Hussain filed Araria P.S. Case No. 53/2008. The present case is a counter-blast of that case. The petitioner no. 2 is a lady. It appears that the petitioner no. 2 moved this court after seven years of the occurrence but considering the fact that the petitioner no. 2 is a lady, the above named petitioner no. 2, in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Araria P.S. Case No. 54 of 2008, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
