The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/354-B/323/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is the brother-inlaw and he is the junior member of the family, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on
