The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case no. 295C/ 2014, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of cheating the informant since late husband of petitioner No. 1 had already sold the land in favour of other person.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have not committed any offence and they are simply victim of false implication in this case and a compromise has already arrived between the parties and the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

No.45717 of 2018 (2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances as discussed above, this application is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender within six weeks and the learned court below shall verify the compromise which has been arrived between the parties and once it is found true, the petitioners shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the court concerned, otherwise he is free to pass any orders which may be deemed fit and proper.
