2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of the IPC.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with co-accused Rajesh Kumar in 2015. It is alleged that after marriage, all the FIR named accused, including this petitioner, killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired in this case during course of investigation. Petitioner is simply a co-villager and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence and only with a view to harass, the name of the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55406 of 2025(3) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 transpired in this case. After investigation, police found case under Section 306 of the IPC.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 191 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) AjayMishra/- U T
