The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014 registered for offence under Sections 399, 402 and 102B of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 25. 03. 2014. It is further submitted that except this case, two cases are pending against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jyoti Prakash, Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner will not indulge in such activity in future and one of the bailors shall be father of the petitioner and he will intimate this court if such activity is reported then trial court shall stand cancel

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10965 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 the bail bond of the petitioner. Further condition that petitioner shall file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for one year.
