ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2014 in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2009, registered for the offences punishable under Section 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Ishwar Sah, the police raided the premises of this petitioner and one Bhim Turi and recovered certain explosive substances. Learned counsel further submits that at the relevant point of time, the petitioner was present in Punjab and in the F.I.R. itself it has

It is further submitted that the said Bhim Turi has been extended the privilege of regular bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14766 of 2014 vide order dated 24.06.2014. Considering the aforementioned submissions and period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger, in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2009.
