The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjaria) P. S. Case No. 432 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 327, 307, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted, he is a person with clean antecedent. The learned APP as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently oppose the bail application. In view of the order dated 30.03.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63893 of 2021( Aftab Alam vs. The State of Bihar), the Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner for the present.
