JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the T.M.Bhagalpur University. In the show cause filed on behalf of the University, it is stated that all the admitted dues of the petitioner have already been paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain deductions have been made from the superannuation amount of the petitioner.

The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
