The First Information Report was against five persons and during course of investigation the allegation was not supported by sufficient evidence against these two petitioners, namely, Kripalal Yadav and Chaturmani Devi as also Mithilesh Yadav and Manjusha Kumari @ Manjusha Bharti.

By producing a copy of order passed on 18.11.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 26852 of 2014, it has been submitted that Mithilesh Yadav and Manjusha Kumari @ Manjusha Bharti had been admitted to anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court under same facts and evidence.

Let, the above named two petitioners be also admitted to anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36179 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 period of four weeks from today on furnishing bonds each of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 96 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
