Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 IPC. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. in a case of theft of tractor. His name has been figured in the confessional statement of co-accused and the stolen tractor was recovered in Balia for which Fefna P.S.Case No.235 of 2014 was registered. Considering the facts and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 12.11.2014, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S.Case No.51 of 22014.
