The petitioner is accused in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2012 registered under sections 307, 387, 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., Gopalganj. Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail along with two others was rejected on merit by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 44230 of 2014 on 04.03.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I find no ground to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. However, Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shail/- U T
