Petitioner is accused in connection with Baikunthpur P.S.Case No.188 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the I.P.C.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In fact, there was crowed in the temple, and taking advantage of the same real culprits involved in snatching mangal sutra fled away and the innocent people were apprehended by the police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the statement made in paragraph 3 of the application, that the

No.44157 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj, in Baikunthpur P.S.Case No.188/17 subject to the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in conclusion of the trial and will not tamper, in any manner, with evidence or influence the witnesses.
