This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Beur P.S. Case No.61 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 140(2) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

The deceased was killed by unknown criminals. He is in custody since 02.02.2025. 4.

During the investigation, it has come that the petitioner, who was using his son's mobile, was in constant touch with the deceased and was also in constant touch with accused persons, who are said to have killed the deceased. 5.

Prima facie it appears that the petitioner has participated in the killing on the deceased. Hence, I am not
